In the latest issue of Forbes magazine, the V Ranking of Family Businesses recognized at the Forbes Family Business Forum was published. INVICTA has been included in this year’s ranking for the Pomeranian Voivodeship, and we are very proud of this achievement.
The Forbes ranking features the fastest-growing and “most valuable” family businesses in Poland. According to research, family businesses constitute two-thirds of all companies worldwide. They are present in virtually every sector in Poland and play a crucial role in the Polish economy.
“INVICTA is a family business. It is also a medical, innovative, and Polish company. I always emphasize this, and I am proud of it. I believe that family businesses, besides being extremely important for the Polish economy, are also exceptional. They stand out with a system of values and organizational culture built over the years, as well as with exceptional determination, which can be seen, for example, in their approach to change, dynamic response to market needs, and courage in taking on challenges. In my opinion, the awareness that as a family business, we are building for generations, gives us courage and drives our development.
That is why I am delighted that INVICTA has been included in this ranking, and I consider it as recognition of the work of the entire INVICTA team.
After all, behind every family business, there is a dedicated team that makes building for generations possible.”
Dorota Białobrzeska-Łukaszuk, CEO of INVICTA Group
