By submitting your application to us through the Apply button or by any other means, you agree to the processing of your personal data by Invicta Management Sp. z o.o. included in your application for the purpose of participating in the recruitment process for the position indicated in the job advertisement. By submitting application documents without specifying a particular position or by giving consent to participate in future recruitment processes, your application will be considered for all recruitment processes organized by Invicta Companies.

As the Controller of your personal data, we kindly ask you to familiarize yourself with the necessary information regarding the collection of personal data, in accordance with Article 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).

Is the provision of personal data voluntary? Providing personal data that is not required by labor law regulations, including the Labor Code (e.g., image, interests), is entirely voluntary, and providing them implies consent to their processing. Providing data specified in the Labor Code or other detailed regulations (e.g., first name, last name, address, telephone number, education, experience) is a statutory requirement, and failure to provide them will result in not being considered in the recruitment process.
For what purpose and on what basis are the data processed?Your data are processed for the purpose of carrying out the recruitment process. The legal basis for the processing of personal data that must be provided in accordance with the Labor Code is labor law regulations and Article 6(1)(d) of the GDPR. The processing is necessary for the performance of a legal obligation incumbent on the Controller.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data voluntarily provided by the candidate is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. The person whose data are processed has given consent to the processing of their personal data.

Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making.

Data retention period: 12 months from the end of the job advertisement publication. If you express consent to participate in future recruitment processes, your data will be processed until the withdrawal of consent to the processing of data.

What are my rights?
  • You have the right to request access to your personal data, their rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing.
  • You have the right to object to processing, as well as the right to data portability. Please submit requests to daneosobowe@invicta.pl.
  • You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
  • You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO)) if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR or other regulations concerning the protection of personal data.
To whom are my personal data disclosed?Your personal data may be disclosed to providers of job advertisement publications and IT solution providers supporting the recruitment process, as well as to employees of Invicta Companies participating in or responsible for recruitment processes. Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries.
